Day Seven was an interesting day. I felt less sick than day 6, but I had a very difficult time swallowing or talking, so fewer streams, and less information overflow.

In the, "AM Horizontal Coming to you Live with new information on the Global Water Crisis Stream", we talked about the book THIRST.  This book was written by Scott Harrison, CEO and co-founder of charity: water. It is the story of his own personal redemption, and how his life pivoted to building a successful, growing charity, that brings clean water to millions of people.

The book is the catalyst that inspired me to start my thirty day challenge, and gave me the stories and facts needed to begin to understand the depth of the water crisis. I would argue that purchasing this book would be a better personal investment than donating to my campaign, because the odds of it changing your heart, and your emotions, towards giving, and towards others, will likely result in a far greater output of your life in service to others, than any single donation would. Let me rephrase that in a simpler way, this book could change your outlook on serving others. Thirst is not just a story on the water crisis and Scott Harrison's life, it is also a story on how individuals can have meaningful impact, and how we can band together to help others, both far away, and in our immediate communities.

As an added bonus, every purchase of the book Thirst (currently $17.xx on smile.amazon.com) unlocks a $30 donation to charity:water. That means, just for purchasing this book, one more person will get access to clean water. All proceeds from the book itself go to charity: water as well.  I really hope you buy this book. It is also available on Kindle and Audible, for you digital indulgers.  I originally listened to the book on Audible, but the hard copy has some beautiful images that help paint a real picture, so I'd recommend it in paper form as well.

Sometime in December, I'll be buying a few copies of this book for people as a giveaway of sorts. Keep tuning in if that's of interest to you!

In the evening, as my new medication was kicking in, and I was feeling better, my daughter Makaila asked if we could livestream together. I think she makes a fantastic cohost! At my family's request, she may star in more streams soon! She knows that at least 12 people need access to clean water (12 is a lot to her).

And as always, for posterity and your enjoyment, the rest of Day Seven's (And night seven's...) water slurping action,
